Two new classrooms for St Thomas Primary School, Stockport

One of our latest projects here at Eurolink is the work at St Thomas Primary School in Stockport.

The brief for this school was to create additional space for classrooms whilst refurbishment works are carried out within the main school.

We have had two existing classrooms at our site at Railway Sawmills. They have been modified to suit the schools requirements by creating additional bays. The classrooms have now been installed at the Stockport site and further work is now being completed.

The two 3 bay classrooms have been installed adjoining each other but not linked together. Each classroom has level access to all entrances and exits from the existing school playground.

The work will be completed before the pupils return to school in September. Here is our progress with the project so far:

Daisy Chain Nursery

Refurbishment work at Daisy Chain Nursery, Queens Way South, Kirkburton.

Proprietor, Liz Bradbury who recently purchased the premises and existing nursery business has commissioned us to carry out various refurbishment works to the exterior and interior of the former church building.

The frontage will benefit from a new aluminium main entrance door, new double glazed windows and natural ship-lap cedar boarding to clad over the existing brick work.

Internally there will be new toilets, a new sleep room for the babies and dividing walls removed to enlarge existing area. All this work has been finished with new floor coverings and decorations as required.
